Not only does Fiber ProTector® embrace this philosophy, we firmly believe it to be our greatest asset. From Generational Carpet Manufacturer to Norwegian Special Forces, we believe it is the unique nature of our individual backgrounds that make our team so well suited to provide the most outstanding products and service experience possible! Collectively we have over 160 years of high end textile experience, with 94 years of applied chemistry and textile protection products.

Howard Partridge - Senior Partner

Howard Partridge is a lifelong entrepreneur and business coach who started his first company, Clean As A Whistle, Inc., in 1984. What began from the trunk of his car grew into one of Houston’s most respected carpet and rug cleaning companies. Through years of hands-on work, Howard learned what it takes to build a business that delivers great service, develops strong teams, and earns loyal customers.

After building a successful cleaning business, Howard felt called to help other owners do the same. He founded Phenomenal Business Coaching and has spent over 20 years coaching and speaking to business leaders around the world. His passion is helping people create systems that lead to growth, freedom, and a better quality of life.

Today, Howard is Co-Owner of Fiber ProTector America, where he brings decades of cleaning industry experience to a company focused on protecting and preserving fine textiles. His journey from cleaner to coach to co-owner reflects his lifelong mission—to help others succeed and make a bigger impact through phenomenal service.

Jim Bardwell III - Director of Sales, Marketing Education and Training- Partner

Jim is from South Louisiana, where the art of descriptive storytelling is a time-honored tradition. Jim is proud to have served his country as a U.S. Army Special Operations Communication Specialist with the 109th Military Intelligence Group ( Airborne Scout) and as an oversees contractor for the U.S. Dept of Defense.

Jim’s love of people and his need for a fast-paced, exciting, and merit-driven vocation naturally led him to a career in sales and marketing. He has spent the last 25 years working for and with some of the most successful, high-end textile restoration and protection firms in the country. Jim’s accomplishments in this field has led to opportunities to share his experience both as a consultant and a speaker. Jim is a Ziglar Legacy Certified Trainer and a DISC Certified Trainer personally trained by Robert A. Rohm Ph.D. Jim lives outside of Nashville, TN with his wife Rebekah and their little black cat Luna.

John R. Browning III - Managing Partner, Fiber ProTector America

John Browning grew up in the carpet care industry, helping his father with the family cleaning business long before he could drive. After several years with W.W. Grainger, he launched his own carpet cleaning company in 1997 and later acquired Pro-Care, Inc. in 1999, expanding and growing it into middle Tennessee’s leading textile care provider.

As Managing Partner of Fiber ProTector America, John brings decades of hands-on experience and leadership to the textile cleaning and protection industry. He is passionate about building strong company culture, developing teams, and ensuring every client receives exceptional service.

When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, and tinkering in his workshop.

Espen Vogt- Founding Partner

Fiber ProTector Norge and its flagship textile protection product was founded by Espen Johan Vogt. Growing up in Norway, Espen has always enjoyed the challenging outdoor environment of Skandinavia and had always been attentive to the proper textiles for clothing and gear. After finishing his schooling with emphasis in chemistry, physics, biology, and mathematics, he joined the Norwegian Navy, received specialized diving education and proudly served in the Norwegian Naval Special Forces. After leaving the Navy, he spent some time in the early Norwegian oil industry as a deep sea diver on the building of the North Sea Condeep oil platforms. Afterwards he spent the next 15 years in publishing sales and sales management. In the early 1990's he realized a need, and started to develop a product that could be applied to high end textiles in the aviation and marine industry that had a high level of performance while offering an environmentally friendly footprint.

Since then Fiber ProTector has become the #1 textile protection product in Europe. Espen has two daughters and spends most of his time traveling between countries visiting the many business relations that Fiber ProTector has around the World.
